Hasnaliya Order Management System
Background
Hasnaliya Hijab is a sharia-compliant Muslim fashion brand with a growing network of distributors across multiple regions. As the business expanded, Hasnaliya Hijab required a digital solution to manage Purchase Order (PO) processes more efficiently, accurately, and in an integrated manner, replacing the previously manual workflow.
Application Overview
We developed a custom Order Management System (OMS) to digitalize the entire Purchase Order workflow between Hasnaliya Hijab and its distributors. The application serves as a centralized platform to manage the ordering process end-to-end.
Through this system, the Hasnaliya Hijab internal team can easily create and manage Purchase Order lists. Each distributor is provided with a dedicated dashboard where they can view ongoing POs, place orders, and track order statuses in real time, significantly reducing the need for repetitive manual communication.
In addition to PO management, the application includes supporting features such as payment confirmation, payment record management, and comprehensive reporting tools. These features enable Hasnaliya Hijab to monitor transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and generate reliable reports for operational and business analysis purposes.
Impact
The implementation of this system significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced administrative errors, and increased transparency in the ordering process. By digitalizing distributor order management, Hasnaliya Hijab strengthened collaboration with its partners and established a scalable foundation to support future business growth.
