Background
Galeri Husna is an official distributor of multiple Muslim fashion brands, collaborating with numerous partners in managing product procurement. As the business continued to grow, Galeri Husna faced increasing operational complexity and required a digital solution to streamline and organize the Purchase Order (PO) process, which had previously been handled manually.
Application Overview
We developed a custom Order Management System (OMS) designed to fully digitalize the Purchase Order workflow within Galeri Husna’s business ecosystem. This application serves as a centralized platform for managing PO activities, from creation and distribution to real-time monitoring of order status.
Through this system, the Galeri Husna team can easily create and manage Purchase Order lists for each partner. Each partner is provided with their own dedicated dashboard, allowing them to view ongoing POs, process orders, and update fulfillment statuses independently—significantly reducing the need for repetitive manual communication.
Beyond PO management, the application is equipped with additional features such as payment confirmation, payment record management, and comprehensive reporting tools. These features enable Galeri Husna to track transactions accurately, maintain well-organized financial records, and generate insightful reports to support operational needs and business decision-making.
