Vektordaya Mekatrika is a national company established in 1995 with a mission to support government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and private companies by providing electrical power infrastructure solutions. Serving a wide range of sectors—including banking, hospitality, information technology, industry, and telecommunications—Vektordaya Mekatrika required an integrated system to manage business operations and technical activities more efficiently and systematically.

We developed an integrated system called VOS (Vektordaya Operation System), designed to support end-to-end operational and technical workflows. VOS acts as a centralized platform that connects multiple core business processes within a single, unified system.

The application includes modules for Sales Order Management, Ticketing, Material Requests, and Task Management. These modules provide better visibility and control over ongoing operations, from service requests and job assignments to task execution and completion in the field.

VOS is also equipped with a comprehensive reporting system, delivering detailed insights into technician activities and work progress. The solution is built as a web-based application for office and management use, complemented by a mobile application that enables field technicians to receive assignments, update job statuses, and submit work reports in real time.

To enhance communication speed and responsiveness, the system is integrated with WhatsApp for automated notifications, ensuring that important updates are delivered instantly to relevant stakeholders.

Impact

The implementation of VOS significantly improved Vektordaya Mekatrika’s operational efficiency, process transparency, and reporting accuracy. By streamlining coordination between office teams and field technicians, the system reduced manual processes, accelerated response times, and established a scalable digital foundation to support the company’s operations across multiple industry sectors.
